I'm Amanda, the baker and heart behind Dough Darling. I'm so glad you're here!
I live in beautiful Rancho Mission Viejo, CA with my husband and our two kids. After years of baking my signature chocolate chip cookies for family and friends (and hearing "you should really be selling these!" more times than I can count), I finally decided to take the leap and start this little home-based business.
Baking has always been my happy place — a way to slow down, get creative, and show love through something simple and sweet. Now that my kids are in school, I've stepped into this new chapter with a full heart, plenty of new ideas, and a Pinterest board (or three) guiding the next cookie inspiration.
There's something special about sharing home-baked goodness with the community we call home. Each batch is made with care, using simple and fun ingredients and lots of heart, with the hope that every cookie adds a little warmth and sweetness to your day.

"Dough Darling" started in my kitchen, where the little hands of my own darlings helped mix, taste, and sprinkle love into every batch. Over time, my circle of darlings grew — from my family to my friends, neighbors, and now, every person who enjoys one of these cookies.
Simple ingredients. Small batches. Rooted in community. Kindness in every cookie.
I believe in slowing down for the little things — like a warm cookie and a smile. My goal is simple: to spread a little kindness through every batch.
