Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because every order is baked fresh to order with love and care, all sales are final once your cookies have been prepared. As a perishable, homemade food product, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

We completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your order, here's our policy:

• 72+ hours before pickup: Full refund
• 48–72 hours before pickup: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund

Something Not Right?

Your happiness means everything to me. If there's an issue with your order — wrong flavor, missing items, or a quality concern — please reach out within 24 hours of pickup with a photo and a description of the problem, and I'll do my best to make it right.
